When can I expect to receive my order?
Typically, orders are fulfilled within 48 to 72 hours upon checkout.

What if I need to modify my order?
If you would like to make changes to your order and it has not been processed, please use our contact form HERE or email us at support@shopfreedomuniversity.com
Once your order is prepared for shipping, it cannot be modified.
Am I guaranteed to receive the merch I order?
Placing items in your cart does not guarantee that items will not sell out or on reserve.
Once an item has been purchased, you should receive a confirmation email sent to the address provided.

An item I received is damaged. What should I do?
